We collect information you provide (name, email, plan details, uploaded documents) and basic usage data. You may also share sensitive information like death certificates, family relationships, cultural preferences, and health-related details. We only collect what's needed to provide the service.

We use your information to operate Gravely—creating Guides, storing documents, enabling family sharing, providing AI assistance, and delivering Guide+ or concierge support if purchased. We also use data to fix bugs, improve the service, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (like payment processing and hosting), with people you explicitly invite to your Guides, and when required by law.

Connections to Gravely use TLS, we rely on infrastructure providers that support encrypted storage and backups, we limit operational access to the people and systems that need it, and we monitor for errors, abuse, and security issues. If a security incident affects personal information, we investigate, contain it, and notify affected users and regulators when required by law.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data. California residents and EU/UK users have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA and GDPR. You can update your profile and delete your account from settings, or contact us if you need help with a privacy request.

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Analytics and feedback tools stay off until you opt in through our cookie preferences. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers, and you can reject non-essential cookies while still using core product features.
