You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you submit through the Service.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account.

You agree to notify Gravely immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Gravely shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Gravely offers optional Paid Services: Guide+ (for a 14-day service period) and Full Concierge (for a 30-day service period). These services include provider research, coordination assistance, and planning support as described in Section 9. Current pricing is available on our website. Service periods commence upon purchase and are not extended for periods of non-use.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided Gravely has not commenced performance. After 24 hours, or if performance has commenced, refunds are granted at Gravely's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Gravely's AI assistant provides general informational guidance and educational content. The AI assistant does not provide, and should not be construed as providing, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information and obtaining appropriate professional advice for your specific circumstances.

Gravely provides Guide tools and informational resources only; we do not provide professional advice of any kind. Gravely makes no guarantees regarding specific timelines, costs, provider availability, or outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gravely's total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). These limitations do not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
